The Janacek Quartet performs String Quartets by Dvorak for this audiophilerecording.
“The Janáceks bring us the finest and best recorded performance so far ofthe F major (American). The D minor gains greatly from the better balancedrecording, especially in the slow movement… this is a distinguished andidiomatic performance. I warmly recommend this disc. The Janáceks performanceseemed to me the best we had ever had and it is not surpassed.” – Gramophone
